Andrew founded APS and is responsible for quality assurance and product development. He has considerable product development, dairy processing design and operating experience. He earned a BE (Hons) and a PhD from the University of Canterbury (New Zealand) in chemical and process engineering and a BSc from Massey University in chemistry.
